In July 2009, Alta Cascade became a member of PCF Consultants, LLC. This change applies only to new Consulting assignments as of July 1, 2009.

Operating out of the Seattle-Tacoma metro area, PCF / Alta Cascade offers the following services to owners, contractors and sureties:

• Construction Management and Project Controls: CPM scheduling, earned value, cost controls and change management for the transportation, building, power, process and heavy civil industries. 

• Consulting: Preparation and defense of claims (delay, productivity, cumulative impact and extended overhead), dispute resolution, expert testimony, defects studies, etc.

• Engineering: General civil engineering services for land development (residential and commercial) in Washington, Oregon, Utah & Wyoming. 

• Training: Workshops on construction planning and scheduling, setting up proper project controls and monitoring progress.

PCF / Alta Cascade personnel have successfully completed or have ongoing project assignments throughout the U.S. and internationally. A few assignment locations are depicted below.
