• Construction Management and Project Controls: CPM scheduling, cost controls and change management for the transportation, building, power, process and heavy civil industries. 

• Consulting: Preparation and defense of claims (delay, productivity, cumulative impact and extended overhead), dispute resolution, expert testimony, defects studies, etc.

• Engineering: General civil engineering services for land development (residential and commercial) in Western Washington. 

• Training: Includes workshops on construction planning and scheduling, setting up proper project controls and monitoring progress.
