Operating out of the Seattle-Tacoma metro area, PCF / Alta Cascade offers the following services to owners, contractors and sureties: Construction Management and Project Controls: CPM scheduling, earned value, cost controls and change management for the transportation, building, power, process and heavy civil industries.  Consulting: Preparation and defense of claims (delay, productivity, cumulative impact and extended overhead), dispute resolution, expert testimony, defects studies, etc. Engineering: General civil engineering services for land development (residential and commercial) in Washington, Oregon, Utah & Wyoming.  Training: Workshops on construction planning and scheduling, setting up proper project controls and monitoring progress.
