Cost verification of a large demolition and earthwork project where more than 40 government buildings were demolished and their concrete foundations were removed. Analyses included contractor resource logistics, alleged differing site conditions and productivity evaluations.
Physical Sciences Building, University of California, Santa Cruz

Reviewed and updated active CPM schedules and converted from bulk to systems installation detail including Level 4, pre-commissioning activities. Performed window delay analysis to establish delay causation, a forecast completion date and to assist in evaluating acceleration scenarios for potential early completion.
C5/C6 Isomerisation Complex, Trinidad
Prepared delay and productivity claims. Inefficiencies evaluated include underground obstructions, hazardous gas releases and owner interferences.
Off-Shore Oil Platform and Power Plant, Gulf of Mexico, Mexico
Performed disruption, cumulative impact and cost analyses in assisting contractor prepare a claim against the owner. Analysis included evaluation of contractor's management and in complying with contract provisions during construction.
Design/Build Freeway and Toll Road, California
Prepared written change orders accompanying Time Impact Analyses and damages calculations in accordance with contract and Caltrans specifications. Several change orders exceeded $5 million and included retaining walls, land slide remediation, differing site conditions, earthwork variances and utility relocations and drainage issues.
